Atmosphere is great. Unlimited thali concept is good too. But food quality is not up to expectation i had for this concept. Just average food items in plate. Dining hall and sitting is too compact. You may need to wait in queue in rush hour.
Charging for full and serving less than quarter sabji bowl. Roti made like a thin papad and and served totally cold after hours of waiting food is served and that too cold, not at all good, worst service. Nor the owner or the manager to attend the complaint. When called for manager we were informed that he has gone home for resting and owner comes once a while is this the way the restaurant works.
Very bad service and rude- arrogant behaviour of staff( we need peaceful environment while eating). However owner still backing his staff. Big no from me. Food quality is okok not as described in some exaggerating comments here.
