Very bad experience in this hospital because patient very serious and waiting for his treatment from last 3 hrs and no any one care of this. Also wardboy not care of this only give excuses but not treat patient carely. Also my very very bad experience. Not recommend to other please

Excellent Services and all staff are very polite.

Making money, they will not tell you about the disease if you don't know they will just misguide you, and if want to take leave than they just ignore you or shout on you. Very bad talking behavior. I have tiphaid but they don't tell me about just saying bit simple fever.

Very nice hospital and very supportive staff, my aunt got her knee surgery from here and she is doing very good.

Bed experience staff is totaly unexperience with low wages .. cleanless is very less even dr. not come to checkup after you get admit in this hospital and they charge 400extra per day of dr. consultancy fee ...

So my brother was recently admitted in this hospital and stayed around 4-5 days. As my experience the doctors are very good as well as the nursing staff. But some problem that we face were extremely rude nature of the receptionist and some other staff members. We had a medical policy since 2008 and haven't used it till now and we didn't knew the procedure followed and as directed by the doctor we handed the policy no. and other details about the patient and they gave us the file and were told that from now every expenses would be deducted from the policy. After 3 days when the patient was taken for the mri scan their was no staff or doctor to assist and patient had to sit outside for half an hour and then they said that we haven't given the all the papers from past 3 days they didn't told us the submit any papers and when we told the receptionist that you didn't informed us about this she started shouting that aren't you educated enough to know and after having a big fight with the receptionist the manager came and talked to us he politely said sorry and apologize for not providing proper information to the family. Other incident was when the patient needed a bedsheets change at 2 am the nurse on night duty directly said no we can't change it right now bedsheets are only changed in the morning and some how we accepted but we the patient asked for hot water as we ran out of it the nurse rudely told us that family members has to bring hot water for the patient we will not provide it after telling this to the head doctor he took a big class of the staff for not taking proper car. As my experience if your family member is admitted in this hospital plz sign for personal nurse who is good with you so that you don't have to tolerate the rude nurses.

Perfect hospital in every manner for general services, but in critical conditions you may go to another options. Staff and doctors behavior needs a salute, cleaness is fine, services are much then better, everything all is relaxing.

Pathetic services. Fraud hospital.My mother was admitted there for a night. They charged for icu instead of deluxe room. And add consultation charge of Dr. Vikalp Vashishtha Without Doctor's visit. My mother was there for whole night, but they did not gv her any treatment.... They only gv her normal glucose drip...
