I had joined antenatal classes of Dr. Maitri madam in the 4th month of my pregnancy and had a great experience , I have got so much of new information about garbh sanskar, healthy diet plan, exercise ,yoga, coping with labour, parenting and infant care etc which is very important for pregnant woman. The course is very fruitful for physical and mental health of mother and child both. Keep up the good work. I recommend every woman experiencing pregnancy to get hands-on with these classes which will serve beneficial for the kick start of overall motherhood.
