It also reduces stress and makes people happy. People meet their friends and spend quality time. Parks are a safe place for children where there are no vehicles and they can play there safely. Parks also make our society look beautiful and green. Trees are planted here and it is also good for the environment.
This is the pictures and review from a recent visit to Mahananda Sishu Udyan. There was held a fair called Sonajhuri Haat. As we are well known with the word Sonajhuri that is related to Bolpur santiniketan. That fair had brought the same flavour of the real one. Variety of Handcrafted designed things like jewellery, saree, kurti, pots, cups, bags, framed photos and much more. I really enjoyed my visit there, it was a small version of santiniketan. As the field was tidy and Spacious it had the capacity to hold the fair altogether.
Nice place . Evenings are cooler than the day. I visited on the occasion of World indigenous peoples day program.
