The office has minimal parking facility available for customers. (Pref 2wheelers) While the interior is very compact . But atleast has good AC and minimum sitting arrangements. The staff is arrogant and high pitched. But provides and solves out your query in given time. It's difficult to locate the office without tracking on Google maps and asking the locals in area,since it's not easily visible on main road.

Pathetic service agent comes for house visit closes call on his own and then mobile is switched off. Also they say 7 working calls put in priority calling customer service everyday but all agents give you standard reply. 7 working days somebody will come. No calls from their end nothing.

Visited Mahanagar Gas Limited Offhce which is Located at 1st Floor. Customer Care Personnel are also Friendly & Helpfull.

Old metres were removed and new metres were installed in my society in January 2023. Since then my bill which was quite stable for all the years since it was installed, suddenly increased by 3 to 5 times even though my usage has remained the same or even become less. When I asked mgl customer care to change the metre they ask me to pay 401 as metre checking charges. This charge cannot be paid via normal mode online, so you have to travel to their office during working hours to make the payment. No contact number exists for their branch. This is an unnecessary harassment to customers.

The service is very poor. I've paid connection charges 3 months ago but the gas connection is not yet provided.

Worst service.. there is no updates in system even after online payment since 70 days

This place is 2 minutes walking distance from the nitin company stop. You'll easily get a sharing Autorickshaw charging 15 rs to drop you here. Located on the first floor is the Mahanagar gas office. The building is in close proximity to lal bahadur shastri marg thane
