This is a very peaceful place. This place has a very good scenic view. This place looks amazing at sunset. The mesmerizing view of birds flying, chirping and flow of water and sunset is unforgettable. One should must visit this place. NDRF team is also there for rescue purposes. Must visitable place with your friends, family and loved ones.

The day was great. I was awestruck with the view of setting sun, flowing water of river Mahanadi and mild cold breeze. Ideal place for mental peace. If you are getting cluttered please give a visit to this place and you'll be fine soon. The view of nature is so satisfying. After evening no one is allowed there, keeping that in mind you can plan your visit.

Beautiful Place to Enjoy Sunrise and Sunset in Mahanadi River Small Sand Beach and beautiful concrete walkway in between Mahandi River. You just don't want to leave this place. Beautiful Group of Birds will add on with this amazing view point. Be there with Family and Friends on weekends to have this natural company.

Awesome aunset experience spot. But lack of maintenance is ruining the place..not supposed to be a tourist site perhaps. But good place to enjoy the peace and the water

That was a marvelous place with perennial water bodies. Facilities like boating, and swimming are available there along with a volleyball setup. For volleyball, if you go out with a group you can make use of that. When you'll walk down the stairs, you'll find a long concrete structure made across the water bodies. More level of water makes it hide otherwise when there is no season of water harvesting it is visible and you can walk on that from one edge to the other.

Wonderful spot from where River Mahandi gives out the river Kathajodi. At one time you can see two rivers one on your left and the other on the right. One of the best places to enjoy the sunset. Also you can go to the nearby Sidheswar temples and the peacock valley. Cleanliness is a major concern otherwise you can have a great evening but come before 6 pm

This is the birth place of river Kathajodi and starting point of Cuttack city. This is the place where Kathajodi splits from river Mahanadi. Mostly this place is deserted and hardly anyone visits this place. Because of the barrage there will be some water through out the year. Mostly NDRF and ODRAF reams come here to practice. Once a while you may find some TV series being shot here. Once a while you may spot some lovebirds trying to get some cozy time.

One of few places that offers splendid view of sunset over Mahanadi.The place has become bit crowded in recent times but still you will be able to enjoy the natural scenery in the lap of The River.Fun fact:The River Kathajodi,one of the distributaries of Mahanadi originates from this location.
