One of the best Cancer hospital in India. Facilities like operation, chemotherapy, radiation, medicines are very good. You will experience clean and calm hospital premise. A little problem you will face at main entrance. Hardly they allow 2 attendants with patient. Security persons are very strict at every place. Paid parking available for Two Wheeler's and Four Wheeler's in hospital premise.

Worst Staff Attitude. Doc are Ok not like TMC Mumbai. Housekeeping staff on contract of PSAS company are very Rude and responded adversely to patients. Mantainance issue No hot and water in room not resolve after multiple complaints. No other option for North India patients So TATA management should take a serious note.

No facility for private patients also.. Too much scarcity of staffs here.. Nursing staff will not be there.. Private Chemo ward if patient is lying no one will come for at least 30 minutes for attending pt. You have to stop and start IV line also..If u r not stoping sister will scold u only as if attender is nursing staff... Pathetic..Total Banaras effect

Every thing is good doctor, staff all are very helpful. But one sad truth is for treatment it takes more time

Please dont be blinded with the big buildings and advertising. Hospital ni Sarkari daftar hai ye. If you want your patient to be dead and you be running around the whole hospital for very small things like photocopy of any document. Or even if you want to talk to doctor. No one will be available. None of the staff are trained to behave like they work in a hospital. The employees are there most rude behaviour who does not care wether you are a patient or with the patient. They will be scolding you for everything thing they dont know. Zero compassion and empathy. Infact the most lethargic and unhygienic employees are working here. Please do not take your patient here. There is a 100% chance that he/she wont be able to make it out alive.

Worst service by staff after admitted the patient. They do not listen anything, they don't care about patient, they think of themselves like they are running the hospital and they are director of this hospital. I have admitted the patient on 2nd floor, this floor's staff are worst. Very very bad experience. Staffes are making very bad impression on Tata cancer centre.

One of the worst hospital in U.P if you have lot of time for every Check-up and OPD then you go for it......Bcz if you go here morning 8-9'O clock you will reach your home Night 8-9'O Clock....... it's Depend if you're live in Banaras......And yes It's Cheaper than any other Hospital But Taking Your Whole day....You will be irritate and Your Patients also more bad situation while waiting
