If you can afford go for best hospital in Pune city. Here treatment is good but overall management and especially OPD management is very very poor. You will end up in frustration after interacting with the staff. Respect for Dr. DS lonkar, we visited only because of their speciality in treatment and trust among people and years of practice. Edit1 : editing this review for the kind of treatment I got. I was admitted for fever and it's reason was unknown. I got very satisfying treatment. Special delux room was very good , feels like home. Time to time doctors visits makes it very transparent about the health conditions. Specially Dr. DS lonkar and Dr. Shalaka ma'am, they have kind of positivity about them which is very nice. Still 2 stars for rude behaviour of OPD staff...

I have never seen a hospital in the entire world that was that inadequate and pitiful. The 8-year-old who was hurt has not even received medical attention. The hospital won't let me see the doctor and hasn't even finished an 8-year-old child's wound treatment. Shame on the hospital.

Doctor regularly visit patients and very politely share details and clear all doubts, all advanced equipments are available for emergency, very helpful staff, clean areas with maintain hygiene , good quality food and breakfast available for patient and relatives near hospital in reasonable price. Only one cause that we make to think on it that there is no proper system to visit doctor, firstly reception not pickup call intentionally and you have to wait whole day even you are first on visiting list , so think twice if you want to consume your whole day with sitting on uncomfortable chair.

Great experience! Made a same day appointment on Mahalaxmi multi speciality hospital and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Dr. Shalaka madam was great, gave realistic expectations and timelines. I will definitely be back and would recommend this hospital.

"we did not invited you to take addmission in our hospital" these were the words by Dr. Shalaka even if i did not used any abusive word she aksed me to leave hospital and she was very rude to me. they upfront liers when it comes to information. became of their bad communicating staff they denied cashless facility. when i asked about the same after discharge she said you did not asked right person. I've never seen such unprofessional ism. I'll never visit this hospital again in my life.

I have a very bad experience in this hospital. We had an emergency patient admitted in this hospital. They started the treatment 2 hours after hospitalization. They have an advanced diagnosis equipment like sonography etc. but these are useless because they do not have the staff to operate those machines. We have to go other diagnosis center to do the sonography. They have an ambulance facility but we have to manage our own vehicle to shift the patient from the hospital to diagnosis center. A very bad gesture from doctor here. Finally we shifted our patient to another hospital. Please do not go to this hospital specially in emergency case. These type of hospitals is only to make a money. Please do not waste your money and patient's golden time in this kind of hospital.
