I booked the room before 1week. And paid the advance also but because of only RS.566/- the person who is taking care of booking behaved very rudely and return the advance payment.
I stayed in the same hotel 4years back, that's why I wanted to book again. But I felt very bad this time. And I will not refer anybody. I have never seen such kind of behaviour in any hotels in my life. I will suggest Hotel owner to give proper training to your Booking staff how to behave with Customers.
After I received call from owner of Mahalakshmi comforts, Kumta. He speak with very politely and resolve the issue. And he is confirmed our booking, So I visited that place with Family and enjoyed near places. And they are given good hospitality also.
Except booking staff, all are good staffs. And given very good services.
Really all good. All basic need such as tooth brush, paste, shaving eraser, soap, towel, ear cleaning buds, 24 hrs hot water, cleaned room with toilet, car parking are all good. But, for food and tea we have to walk for 500 mts.
We booked Mahalaxmi Comfort at Kumta as it is near to railway station. The rooms are spacious & pretty clean & they also offer toiletries. The price is also pocket friendly. I highly recommend this for a comfortable stay.

Awesome. The rooms,the ambience,ease of checking in and out simply awesome. If you are looking to stay in Kumta this is the place to stay. The rooms are very cheap for the cleanliness and service. The washrooms are clean. Beds are comfy. Wifi is working. Our room luckily had a smart TV with Prime Video! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Very bad experience. Asked for water bottle and the manager literally shouted and argued that free one I given but they haven't. For one water bottle he shouted as if I am asking for his kiney. Very pathetic.
Also so many bugs were coming. One even reached to our bed at night. Thank god we saw that or God knows what would happen.
Great to place to stay at Kumta... Nice rooms and room service... The front desk team is very good... I've stayed there for 4 days with my family... Highly recommended hotel.

Highly recommended, Doctor is very good, doctor spend time to understand issue, takes feedback and help in resolving health issue periodically and have seen health issues got cured in past years for me.

Very powerful and peaceful temple. We lived nearby area in 1984-85 opposite Urdu school. I remember watching the movie - bedara kannappa inside the temple in my childhood.
