Services are too Poor I Would Say. I have come Here For a few Investigations & The Handling Staffs From Reception to Lab are Bad. They seriously need Training on How to Talk & Treat a Patient Who Comes In. Phlebotomist - Were Not Using Precautionary Measures like Hand Rub & Glove While Taking Blood Sample. I had asked him to use a hand rub. Urine Sample Container Given In Hand - Bathroom Within The Hospital & Lab Outside - As I was Insisted To Carry The Sample All Through D Hospital to The Lab Which Was so embarrassing. After Asking them They Gave me a Polyethylene Cover. Sample Collection method was not appropriate too. X-Ray No Gown Given. No privacy. No cover Given For X-Ray Report - Paying so much & They Couldn't Giv us a Proper Cover. Seriously The Staffs Don't even Look at our Eyes n talk as they look into the System & Talk with No Respect. Especially Today Evening (24.11.23) Reception Staff. Me being an NABH Assessor & From Health Care industry - The Process Standard Is Zero & I don't Know How Didn't They Got Pre Entry Level on NABH. Even the Scopes Were Not Mentioned On The Entrance.

Worst behavior towards a defence ex service men person. For each visit the receptionist asks for different referrals from military hospital and does not state at once. My parents are above 65 years old and they don't even bother about that but to make us to run up and down from pallikaranai to their hospital. They so shameless that they don't even regret what they are doing. I guess they treat this way if someone comes from defence with referral from Military hospital.

Food given for patients are very good...doctors, nurses, insurance, billing, reception, pharmacy all the staffs are doing their level best to patients and patient attenders. Hats off to their humble treatment and service rendered.

Our visit to MMS Hospital in Iyyappanthangal was extremely unpleasant. Initially seeking treatment for a cold and fever, they inexplicably treated my father for seizures for 2-3 days. Despite his normal condition, they placed him in the ICU, citing a lack of available beds in the general ward. It seemed evident that their intention was to keep him for 3-4 days solely for financial reasons. Despite our protests, they only agreed to discharge after a doctor consultation, which never occurred. To make matters worse, they claimed the billing was closed for the day, employing a questionable strategy to retain patients for monetary gain.
