It was about my last trip tu Rajasthan. I am surprisingly know that they more than a large size Tukkal serve with desi ghee and vegetables and I surprised that it was a tasty and delicious food that I ever had. Moreover the staff and the environment are helpful and clean. I will try whenever i will go to Rajasthan i will definitely visit again.

Open 24hr, this is an amazing vegetarian dhaba (highway restaurant). The food at Mahalakshmi is an authentic Rajasthan food experience. The must try at this place is the tukad (a 12inch and bit thicker version of the roti), sev tamatar sabji, lassan chatni, masala khichya. If it's summer the chach (buttermilk) is a must have. There is ample parking right in front. They feature a outdoor, dhaba style seating and at the same this they have an indoor dining option as well. Please note, the hygiene standards are that of a dhaba, very basic. If you are a true foodie and love the dhaba experience you have to eat at Mahalakshmi.
