Very nice place from as you walk in, however they have an issue with WiFi as we couldn't reach in our room - not the end of the world but good to note Pool is definitely not a rooftop pool - that needs to be changed on the description Rooms could do with a more thorough clean but pleasant enough. Lots of bare wiring which needs to be fixed to be safe! Would stay again and hope they could make the pool heated to be able to enjoy it! Staff are very nice but make quite a lot of noise when we're trying to sleep

This is an amazing hotel to opt for your stay at Jaipur. Located only 2kms. from Railway station, location is exquisite, in Bani Park. This is a heritage hotel, preserving a lot of ancient structure, with beautifully crafted painting on the wall, antiques kept in the waiting hall, and a fairly grand veranda. The basic room isn't too big, but decent enough, with all amenities. Rooms and washroom were clean, and we'll maintained. Staff is extremely generous, helping and kind. Loved our stay here! Haveli a fuir. Nous avons du ecourter notre sejour car notre chambre numero 307 etait indigne et d'une salete innaceptable. Tout le reste est mediocre, je ne comprends pas la note de 4,4 . La proprietaire n'a pas pris en consideration notre probleme. Heureusement, il existe bien mieux sur la place.

Hotel and rooms were very clean. Since this hotel is converted into stay from a palace, entering it itself gives a royal feel. Even the staff was very much supportive and following all Covid precautions. The location is very easy to find. Mr. Jeetu who were their staff were ready to help and guide at any point. I think this was one of the worst accommodations I had during my trip in India. I stayed two nights. At check-in they gave me a horrible room, at floor level, with no hot water and full of mosquitoes. I had to ask for a change and only after some hours I got a room worth of this name. The day after, I asked for laundry service and it was awful. When the laundry came back, it was missing 3 pieces, and the other pieces were either cut or full of burned plastic all over them. I reported the problem and, considering that those 3 pieces were nowhere to be found, I asked for compensation for the missing/ruined pieces (3 t-shirts, 2 pants, 1 underwear, 2 towels and socks). Then, 4 people from the laundry service came, asking to compensate for a much lower amount than the one I asked. We discussed in late evening for two hours about this, and only then they finally gave me my compensation. But that's not all. Before I could finally go to bed they wanted my broken/ruined clothes, almost as they were buying them from me. I refused and went to my room. 10 seconds after that, one the hotel's employees came asking again for those clothes. I once again refused. The day after, at checkout, I was already in my driver's car to go away from that place, but then the same employee who came to my room asking for the clothes came to the car asking for me to go back in into the hotel and give my clothes. Then I refused and went back to the car. One other employee even harassed my driver before leaving. I felt threatened, harassed, in real danger at some point. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone, in any possible way. STAY AWAY!

We had a terrible experience at this hotel. First of all, they gave us an awful room, definitely not what we paid for. Then, they made us wait for 3 hours before providing a better room (this time with faulty AC). The check in was really slow as well. Moreover, the laundry company RUINED and LOST our clothes (worth 100 euros), only after 4 hours of complain, we were able to get money back. Definitely not a pleasing experience.

Friendly staff, decent service, clean and large rooms, beautiful art on the walls, decent breakfast, reasonable price. The staff can be a bit pushy to eat dinner or enjoy the in hotel entertainment, however I think that's just part of them ...@jitu

Real value for money stay! Don't expect this to be like a regular hotel. If you face any inconvenience, just contact Shree. He will make sure you are at comfort. And what an aesthetic place, the vibes are amazing
