With every passing day I am regretting my decision of investing in MAHAGUN...
Reasons are listed below..
1) Mantra Project is delayed by 4 years .
2) Magahun is not paying preEmi outstanding to bank , hence I have recieved legal notice from bank.
3) Because of fake Assurance given by them to opt moratorium, we have got increased principal amount of loan.
4) Top of that, all their representatives and officers are trained and professional lairs.
As per my experience they are professional non performers..
Under construction project, will take time... 2024.... Will be great attraction for public, with amenities like hyper stores, retail stores, super multiplex, Taj vivanta tie up hotel, entertainment zone, office and restaurant space with food court
