Here are some of my observations: 1) Builder has very clearfully designed the project which is different than most of the nearby competitors. 2) Large corridors will help walkins to move freely and does not bump each other while shopping. 3) Height of each shop is as per brand's need. 4) Easy access for nearby residents and vehicle movement. 5) Anchor stores, hyperstore, multiplex, food court, offices, 5 star hotel will attract brand to open their outlets in this project. As per my observation Mahagun Marina walk will be one of the most valuable project of Greater Noida West in near future.
