We went to the falls in November. There wasn't much water but it was enough to enjoy the scenic view. The road leading to the falls is very bad but the scene is worth it. Nice place to visit near the rain season but not sure if the other gate is open to walk all the way around the falls.
The entry ticket is 30rs each , there was washrooms outside the gate but are not maintained. I don't understand what's the problem in maintaining washrooms when they charge 30rs per head. Basic facilities like water is also not available around this place . Carry your own water bottles and snacks. The place is slippery so have to be extra careful during rains .
Entry fees of 20 to 30 per person, beware of monkeys as they tend to snatch the food so do not carry loose food. Good view of falls post entry. Getting is would be a rough ride of 1km. Carry some food as this is complete isolated place so the only place one will find food is yellapura

One of the very best place to visit in monsoon, The clouds cover the whole place and all of the sudden clouds run away and the beautiful falls view can be found. You cannot go near to falls it's just a view point of falls but totally worth it
