Good location and well maintained hotel. Few cons - troubled with late checkin, staff demanded to pay the ammount else cancel the booking. - one day, there was No hot water until 7am, reception didnt help. - while booking says breakfast, but later came to know no breakfast will be searved

Very bad experience over my stay, hotel has no clue on the amenities they provide. AC not working then they change ur room, Tv not working remotes not working. In the morning i got call at 9.30 to inform me for the checkout timing at 11 am but no informed me that breakfast will windup at 10 am. When i went fro breakfast it was over and they said u call for breakfast in the room. I ordered aaloo paratha curd and coffee. When i was settling my bill the breakfast was charged. Now i could not find it ok to argue with the reception staff. But would jot suggest this hotel to anyone. Even the wifi was not working. Pathetic stay

Such a wonderful stay. Staff is very friendly. Omkar goes out of the way to help and accomodate customers requests and making sure the stay is pleasant. Full marks to hospitality and cleanliness. Thanks

Appears to be a good budget stay hotel with spacious room, clean bathroom, with a safe parking plus quite area. Cannot ask for more for the price i got to stay here. If you are looking for a property to sleep with a safe parking this is the best.

Very neat & tidy rooms with excellent room service. Staff are extreamly polite, courteous and cooperative. I had made special request which was complied with. I am really thankful to the hotel management for this favour Abhijeet is an asset to this hotel.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Magnus Pune, which is situated in a wonderfully peaceful location. The rooms were impeccably maintained, reflecting a high standard of cleanliness. The food served at the hotel was delectable, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. I am already looking forward to my next visit to this remarkable hotel. One aspect that truly impressed me was the hotel's commitment to security. I felt completely at ease knowing that my family was safe and well-protected. I must mention Ms. Prachi, a dedicated receptionist, who personally took care of my family's needs. Her warm demeanor made a lasting impression, and my amma was particularly fond of her. The entire staff was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, ensuring that we had a memorable experience.

We had been there for 2 days. The lady at the reception was very rude. We wanted to continue the room for next day and called at the reception to inform the same, however the lady was not interested in listening to that . She do not know how to attend the customer at the reception. Also the service was poor.

Hotel is very clean and well maintained. Front desk service is excellent, people's like Gaganan, Prachi is very helpful. Breakfast need to be improved in term of service
