Magnum Diagnostics - Diagnostic center in Margao - South Goa, India

Spacious property and professional staff for health diagnostics... You may mistakenly skip this place because it is situated near to the highway with greenery around it.. Ample parking space for 4 wheelers and 2wheelers(about 20 easily)... Entrance is wide and is wheelchair accessible too... Reception has 3 well trained professional staff to take appointments, queries and payments... The interior is clean and hygienic as it should be... It has CT scan,Xray, Ultrasound etc and other standard test available... Appointments for Ultrasound start at 9am and the necessary requirements such as food intake and consumption are told at the time of booking ... Water is available for the testers... The healthcare professionals who scan are very experienced at their work... The charge for Ultrasound was Rs1000/-... Overall the testing experience was far better than what I expected .

I had been advised by my consulting doctor to conduct Ultrasound and was given Magnum diagnostic as the place to do, I went there directly as walk-in patient around 9 30 am as there was already a long queue of waiting patients. I approached the receptionist Ms Aswetha who informed me if I am willing to wait, so I informed I have enough patience to wait so she took my name, mobile number and other details and advise me to drink water while I wait for my turn. Finally my turn came around 10 45 am. I was taken to Dr Paresh Dessai who had a very professional and pleasant approach towards patient. The scanning was done and I got my report within 20 mins. I would like to mention that the staff at the reception desk are helpful if they are approached in a professional manner but I myself observed sometimes the patients visits the premises are verbally aggressive they also have to understand the workload schedule of the team and the doctors around. ( Arifa, Aswetha, Ciana and others all helpful) So I would like to say ( Patience is a Virtue) if you expect to have a good service. Finally the Diagnostic Center has ample parking space for cars as well bikes and the security person in the morning session was polite and efficient in his work and this is my first hand genuine experience.

Receptionist(one tall skelt girl) is very rude and she is not good for a receptionist job . All the other staffs are friendly and helpful... *3 starts because of that receptionist....

Very clean professional and well organised place. Very systematic and prompt! Keep it up, Dr. Mazhar and team!

Dr Paresh Desai and his staff at the scan centre are very helpful. Me and my husband both were so tensed about our to be baby's previous report but after meeting Dr. Desai, all our issues and the doubts got solved. God bless the doctor like him. His staff was also very cooperative.

Before going I read the reviews here. Bas receptionist, people made to wait etc. So was sceptical. But since the doctor said to go there I went. Didn't know anyone here so just hoped for the best. 1) 3 receptionists. All polite and professional 2) Ample parking outside even for 20 cars 3) Clean premises. Ample space for visitors to sit outside. Useful specially considering COVID. 4) Taken in exactly on time basis the appointment. 5) Got the reports quickly and was out.

I don't know why the place is rated so bad but our experience with Magnum Diagnostic was a pleasant one... Visited this place back in 2019 for a blood test and everything was smooth... From the day of Blood Test to the day of Reports... No issues faced... On the contrary this diagnostic centre is recommended by many doctors... Don't completely believe the reviews before you visit this place..... Ample of parking space is available....

My dad has his CT scan done here. It was well organised and staff are extremely helpful. Its quick and a fuss-free place to get the scan done and also reasonably priced.
