Magnolia guesthouse is a very beautiful guesthouse with the view of beach from the sit out near rooms. Beach is walkable distance from the guest house and has in house restaurant and the service and hospitality is very good. It has swimming pool and food in restaurant is good. Rooms are clean but could be little bit more hygenic. The manager and others are very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful villa near ocean, Very comfortable rooms, clean pool and helping staff. We lived here for almost a week, and everyday was super fun. Manager of the villa, Mr. Nijad was very helpful and well spoken, He helped us with bikes, late night cabs, places to visit and lot more. I would personally recommend this place for staying in varkala

I stayed at this lovely guest house resort for 5 nights in a group of 6. We had an overwhelmingly positive time and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. All of the staff were polite, friendly, accommodating and chatty. Any requests we had were carried out quickly and the value for money is excellent! The location on the beach is beautiful and the pool is also a great addition to the site. Nijad in particular was extremely helpful and thoughtful of me and my acquaintances during the stay. I would certainly recommend staying in the Magnolia guesthouse and cannot sing it's praises enough.

It was the first time me and my friends went on a trip. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They made sure our trip went well and tried to help us out whichever way they could. The rooms were clean and big, just like shown in the pictures. The pool, though it was small, was a fun place to hangout with friends. We were a little disappointed that the guesthouse was right next to a graveyard and there was no mention of it. North cliff and Odayam beach were within walkable distance. The Taxi services provided by the Guesthouse were also really nice. And they also helped us with other activities like Kayaking. Overall, it was a really great place to stay.

I stayed with my family for three days in the hotel. It is present in Odayam Beach. This is the best place for people who opt for privacy. Their service is amazing. The staff were friendly with my kid. She enjoyed a lot than us. Swimming pool is amazing with a beautiful view and suited for kids. There are no nearby restaurants with South Indian food and I took a rental bike so find it easy.

Once in a lifetime everyone should visit this place feels like a heaven Very tasty food. Rooms are neatly maintained the best view from balcony too. Swing is a most beautiful experience it gives angelic feeling . Staffs are very friendly We enjoyed a lott

Good guest house which has dining, can't expect a experience like resort. Odayam beach experience will be better if u stay here. Experience can be improved by better maintainance. Small double bed, Broken room door, worst power socket, bathroom outlet needs immediate action otherwise it won't feel a good experience. But expensive additional services like auto or cab

Magnolia guesthouse offers the best hospitality with clean and spacious rooms we stayed in the luxury deluxe suite which offers the best sun set view ....... The location is just two min away odayam beach ,away from the crowd peacefull atmosphere. the staff(nijad) are really cordial and helpfull,he even guided us in booking adventures sports and mangrove forest tour ride .
