Beach location is good only.... rest bogus... enjoy with mosquitos, insects such as big grasshopper, no bar neither wine shop also we can not enter in resort with alcohol.... if you are just vacation lover like sobar guy then this is the perfect resort but you want to enjoy with alcohol, beach and family then look for another. I wasted money here
Visited this hotel with my wife last year, the quality could have been better , I'm planning to visit again this november, hope the service and food is better this time round.will post another review after this visit.
We visited Magico Do Mar on 27th and 28th May, 2023. The location is the best one near Ghoghla Beach. One can directly go to the beach from hotel. The beach is neat and clean. This was my 4th trip at Diu with a break of almost 10 years. Earlier we had stayed always at Sugati Beach Resort, next to Magicodomar. Now, Sugati Beach Resort has been turned into a govt circuit house.
This property was earlier belonging to Guj Govt Tourism Dept now in private hands.
Ample parking. Food quality not that much good. Stereotype Breakfast. Clean Rooms but with mosquitoes. Fewer staff. Of course, we were only two families in the entire hotel so didn't face any problems much.
Pricing compared to circuit house is 1.5 times . We suggested many things to improve the conditions. Let's see.
Only best part is the location of the hotel, The rest is the worst in condition.
Garden, Rooms, Linen, Washrooms everything is in need of renovation and maintenance
If you are traveling with family & kids don't even think about staying there.
Care taker and staff was really supportive but hotel was under maintenance when i visited so lots of troubles and we have to vacate the same in mid trip

But this resorts need maintenance or renovation.water problems in bathrooms

Let me start by saying...all the hype for the nagoa beach in diu is a SCAMMMM...its a stupid beach with horrifying sea & coarse sand that drifts away below your feet with waves & sticks to the feet.
On the contrary...Ghogla beach...IS A DREAMMM....p
