The receptionist can barely speak any English. Rooms are basic and moderately clean, with no view and a few insects roaming around. Bath towels are super worn out, bed linen of a dubious white. The manager is doing his best, but it's probably not enough. Location is not too bad. Overall, 2,200 INR for this feels a bit overpriced.

Likes: Rooms are good enough but the services can be improved. Rooms are clean and nice. Beds are comfortable. Staffs are good well behaved. Location is also good. Dislikes: Room service takes much times.

It was a good experience staying in this hotel. The Manager was very polite and courteous. But the food could have been better. And the serving staff were negative in attitude and behaviour. However, the overall stay was pleasant.

premium room was okay nothing exceptional however no disturbance which I like. Room service could be better and lack of professionalism of all staffs working there. Most importantly food was not upto the mark. My room cost approx 3000rs per day and the free breakfast was not worth it.

I booked a stay for 2 days & 2 nights and it's a lovely place especially for people who are looking forward for easy shopping at the Fancy Bazaar or even nearby! Closest to the train station, this place is easily accessible & in a safe locality. The rooms were clean including the bathroom & for me who was mostly out for shopping during the daytime, it did give me a good time to unwind at the end of the hectic day Not sure of the lunch & dinner as I dined outside but speaking of the breakfast, they do provide a decent variety which you may even pre-book with extra charges perhaps. I didn't pre-book one but the puri chole was yummy. Do give it a try for mine is completely personal!! Happy stay

Everything in the hotel is good, rooms are spacious, and the washroom is really neat and clean. Food is also good.. Location of the hotel is just perfect, near to Railway Station and Kamakhya Temple and Local market place.

The Rooms are no doubt the Best in Class, Even the staff are good. For Families ,It is very very Good to Stay, Friendly Cleaning Staff,I saw two Ladies doing their Work Really well and The boy Serving food to room is also well behaved. Reception is Excellent Will Visit Again! Keep This Quality!
