Now am traveling wit 2age baby they charge 850rs per ticket ac sleeper.. but completely Ac not working staff also not give proper reply waste of money my baby crying cos of sweating this summer season also..
Worst service , bus is always late. Bus will not pickup at this location they send everyone to koyambedu through fast track cab - this happened twice. Also they say 30 mins late first but it always more than 1 hour , they do not know the customer value.
Neat and clean bus in Madurai and Chennai route better they can start from adyar or velachery for those we are use very often to this affordable price... And comfort and give water bottle also
There is no option for less than one star, So I am giving one. Worst Service. I travelled with other omni bus operators but I have never experienced such a poor service. Bus is always late. They never reach in time. Dont waste your valuable time and money by choosing this travels.
