Too expensive for provided food and taste is very normal. Taste and food quality is similar to road side fast food, for sure you ll experience this. Food Prices are mentioned as per restaurant location but taste and quality will be like road side shop. Attached a Pic for reference below. I bought Cauliflower 65, Raw Cauliflower was fried without boiling and some 12 small were. Noticed reviews after my dining. I guess some were fake, else 4.2 rating an all not worth for it.
Not worth the money. Gobi 65 was half cooked and for 180Rs, they just gave 10 - 12 small pieces. Likewise, for 10 piece of small Prawns they charged Rs 300/-. It wasn't even fresh. Worst experience!
Food is exemplary. Manager ( guy with blue jeans and light blue shirt) vibe was looking sad. NO OFFENCE.
Recently had the opportunity to try their biriyani over weekend. Their dish made out of seeraga samba rice was exceptionally good with subtle use of spices and tender mutton meat. Will definitely prefer going forward.

I recently visited a restaurant called " Madurai Kannappar Mess" in Porur. The restaurant is located in the heart of the city, and it has a modern and stylish atmosphere. The menu features a variety of dishes, including small plates, salads, and entrees. I started my meal with the Crab soup. For my main course, I ordered the Chicken briyani. The briyani was cooked perfectly, The service at The Madurai Kannappar Mess was excellent. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, and she made sure that we had everything we needed. Overall, I had a great experience at The Madurai Kannappar Mess . The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a dining experience.
