We did TKR surgery for my father here(both knees). All the nurses, doctors, supporting staffs were helpful and gave good response for all our queries. My father had parkinson , BP, Sugar hence we were asked to be admitted 3 days before operation to do all assessments and various consultant visited before operation. Muthuvel raja doctor is too good and expert on knee replacement surgery. My father was discharged on 9th day from the operation and we are following physiotherapy treatment. Since my father has parkinson ,his recovery is slow. But we were satisfied with the operation done by Doctor Muthuvel Raja.

One of the least patient care hospitals in Madurai. MOTTO OF THE HOSPITAL IS, " Money Money Money ". Very poor service from hospital except Muthuvel rajan all are very worst.. don't give any respect to patients and attender..

Doctors only good.otherwise worst service! Worst house keeping people..if we call them for any need they will arrive very late working person s very rude....too costly.... everything we should pay offen put some bill...after paid only they give treatment everytime ...they are not responsible..

No place for parking parking only for doctors located in main road near the bus stop

I went through two wheeler. The security outside was very rough and told to park outside the gate in the road but there was no place. Inside reception, it is very cramped. No clear cut information from reception for payment of fees. Most of them have went to the waiting hall, then they were told to pay the consultation fees. Then again they went and paid the fees. Since because of covid, no ac is functioning in the waiting hall instead two big fans are running with high sound. Hence it is not audible when they call the patients for check-up. Infrastructure needs to be upgraded by the administration.

Parking lot isn't available... Lot of struggle to put a parking in roadside...

I thought to give zero star, if you are paying money from your hand they will treat you well , but if you said insurance it's entirely opposite, they thought we are having treatment for free. They doesn't know for insurance also we are paying from our salary. Worst discharge I have ever faced in my life today. Because of best Doctor (MVR)we are preferring this hospital But the staffs admin and cash counters, spoiling the hospital name and even doctor's name also. Stay aware before proceeding for cashless insurance claim ...
