We had such a worst experience with Dr Srinivasan on 18th october 2023. He is not having basic mannerism on how to talk to a patient. He was so arrogant and was giving wrong solution and compelled me to do the surgery the same day of the visit, Which was not mandatory. I don't recommend this hospital and mainly this particular doctor(Dr Srinivasan) .

I had a horrible experience in this hospital with Dr Srinivasan (Director). He was so rude and arrogant with the patient. He started off with shouting at the Nurse with arrogant tone in front of the patient at the very beginning itself. He was forcing us to do the operation immediately which was not an emergency and for that matter it was only optional which we came to know from another good Eye hospital. His reply and way of talking was so irritating that I was forced to leave his room with Frustration. To add oil to the fire when questioned as to when can we have the surgery he said , dont ask me all these questions in a rough tone. I would not recommend this hospital especially Dr Srinivasan to any one. He needs counselling how to talk to patients politely.
I had a worst experience with this Madurai eye centre, Dr. Srinivasan was the doctor I got consulted with and he was having a very bad and arrogant behaviour with me and he was not giving a proper diagnosis. His way of dealing patient was not professional and he literally compelled/forced me to do the surgery on the same day and he was not giving me options. Kindly avoid consulting in this hospital and very importantly Dr. Srinivasan.
I had my Lasik treatment here the doctor and treatment was very good and satisfactory but the staffs don't respond to you well and are rude almost all the time
Myself and my wife did Lasik surgery here,it was painless and very easy procedure and doctor Naveen keshav sir was very friendly and totally explained everything about the process and did the Lasik within 10 mins time.The staffs here were very friendly and helpful too.We both are very happy for the clear vision and the care which sir gave. Have been taking treatment from Srinivasan doctor for a long time, but things are very different now. One hour of wait time with absolutely no crowd. Staffs are very lethargic. Takes forever to meet the doctor. Receptionist, nurse are so irresponsible. Staffs have simply ruined the years of doctor's legacy.
Did laser for mother. And it was a very good and neat experience. From the next day of the surgery she was able to do her works and got a clear vision too. Happy with the service and worth visiting.
