Irresponsible staffs: I just asked for a ginger lemon tea. Due to laziness, they asked me if lemon tea is ok because ginger lemon isn't available. When I denied and was about to leave, they again asked me to wait and gave ginger lemon tea. Poor Service: When ginger lemon tea was served, it was served in the coffee tumbler & cup. (No proper glass cup!) Higher price than what's displayed in the price board: The board displayed ginger lemon is Rs.30, but they charged Rs.35 saying the prices are not updated. (It has happened several times before, when I bought boiled corn and peanuts) Wrong bill: Finally, when I asked for bill (which they didn't issue at first), the bill mentioned as if I had a coffee for Rs. 35. When I asked about it, they replied, "Ginger lemon is not there in the bill listing. So, we billed for a coffee." Totally, it's a WORST EXPERIENCE!
Can be much better Felt would be nice if they make the coffee more strong. Upon ordering Strong filter coffee It felt very lite.
Undoubtedly the best coffee in Chennai.. But the snacks they introduced like noodles are not at all good better to stop it

worst service. i placed the order and they forgot my order & i was waiting for 1/2 hour, then I asked about my food they said they'll prepare in 5 mins but they didn't . for just one veg Maggie i was standing there for more than 45 mins
