It is in the Oberon food circle, next to PVR cinemas in the top floor. -Tea/coffee, dosa and snacks were good. -Pricey by the portion-size. -Self-service by token system. -Plenty of seating. - Pleasing ambience.

Very poor experience. The food not good.we had banana fritters. No tissues provided. Had to ask to be given tissues. The fritters were not good. Too much oil. Unripe banana. A waste of money. And the most epic fail was lemon tea. They gave hot water., Lemon Tea bags sugar all separte and we have to make and pay 30rs for all this. On top of this an order of a plate of banana fritter , coffee and self made lemon tea took close to 30 mins for them to prepare.

Veg restaurant in the top floor of Oberon mall.. tasty food but lacks varieties.. the curries here are not that spicy. Just average rated .

When I tried to order an item, i was told by the staff that t's going to take very long so do I really need it. The item i was to order was a regular menu item. Paneer tikka combo. I don't know why these people occupy serious positions in malls like this. It's really shameful not only to Madras cafe but to Oberon mall also. I do not recommend Madras cafe at all.There should be some legalities or norms when functioning of such unit is concerned.

After paying a premium amount for a dosa and Ghee dosa , how do u guys justify to serve me an ice cold dosa ? . Asked the guy to warm it he did but we had to wait another 25 minutes . I understand if this place is busy but we were the only customers who ordered. No customer satisfied if u ate hungry pls go some where else rather than getting ripped by the bad quality good. Madras Cafe u have missed a valuable customer .

Had to wait for almost 30 minutes for a masala dosa, and Vada finally when I got it almost after 30 minutes, whole thing was cold like they cooked it the instant I ordered, kept it aside the whole time as if they were intentionally giving a cold dosa. Not even cutlery and tissues were given. Good that Google does not give options for negative reviews .. NEVER COMING BACK

Unfortunately a very disappointing experience. Surprisingly got the food fast but nothing was hot. Dosa, Masala Dosa, Masala inside the Dosa, Sambar and Chutney were all cold. The Dosa was stiff and felt as if it was made and kept in the open. We left almost 80% of the food at the table. The only thing that we had was the coffee. Pathetic experience.

Avoid this place at any cost ... Worst place and staff is behaving arrogant .. 2 idiots are handling the front desk ..they don't have any clue about costumer service.. Food is very bad and pls check all the reviews for more clarity..there are all the likeyhood to end up in hospital.. This place need to be removed from the food court to keep the reputation of @oberon mall food court..
