No gym in Chennai can provide you with flexible options. Here they don't push for sales only for the sport and also getting stronger is affordable in MBB. I like their spacious platform rather than other crowded gyms.

This is probably one of the best gyms in the city if you actually care about lifting. Definitely the best, on this side of the city. Are you tired of not having a place to deadlift? Then welcome to madras barbell where everybody deadlifts (properly!), and everyone is chasing PRs. The environment here is phenomenal. People are constantly trying to be better whether it's powerlifting, bodybuilding, olympic lifting (!!!) or strongman (!!!!!) Karthikeyan is a great coach who does not try to put lifting knowledge behind paywalls. This gym is super affordable! And you are free to disagree with him whenever you want (as I sometimes have :)) ) This was, by far, my best experience working out in Chennai.
