I had an incredible experience at Madras Aquarium! The variety of exotic cichlids they offer is simply outstanding. I purchased 7 fishes, and they are thriving in my tank, looking incredibly healthy. If you're looking for cichlids, this have to be your first stop, i have visited almost all the aquarium shops in Bangalore and this store have to be my top choice for cichlids. I always had been in need of a very good quality cardinal tetras for my new aqua scape, approached to madras aquarium and I am very happy with the quality of the fishes , it been 2 weeks there is no loss of life in the tank, all the 20 cardinals I purchased are doing good . I definitely recommend this aqua studio. the knowledge of owner and staff on this aqua scapes is really good and they suggest right fishes for your tank. I bought a 2.5 ft imported tank 3 weeks back from them - the tank had temp indicator at the top along with touch switch for lights. The temp indicator and lights stopped working a week back and it has been a nightmare to get them to come see my tank. They asked for pick up and drop to my place, for which I tried twice, both the times I land at the shop to pick up the person they gave excuses for not visiting my house. I live just half a km away from the shop. They just don't want to assume any responsibility for the faulty product they sold me. Now I have lost all hope that they will rectify this. Hard earned 20k down the drain :( Out of the interaction I have had, the owner is really rude and does not prioritise customer service. Now I have to find solution elsewhere.

Excellent place to purchase exotic fish varieties. Best price in the market and most importantly neat and clean aquariums. Quality fishes and maintenance. Beautiful aqua scaping setups. One of the best aquariums I have been to in Bangalore. Well maintained tanks and healthy fishes. Very customer friendly and the owner ( Anand ) has good knowledge about what he's doing which automatically would want you to trust him . Highly recommended to everyone .

I must agree with the fellow reviewers that collection of fishes are good enough.. prices are higher than reasonable... Staff behaviour is way below than reasonable...very ignorant towards their customers.....as if they are obliging us by selling fishes at a higher than reasonable price...and too much passive to answer customer queries....
