Madin Hotel - Hotel in Varanasi - Varanasi, India

This was my second stay in last one year Rooms are big and nicely decorated. Prices are reasonable compared to other 5 star properties around. I liked the food as well. The only thing i miss here is the quality of service at the reception. I think the reception staff should be trained to make the guests feel the vibe of a five star hotel. The attitude is pretty cold and takes away the charm of this fantastic hotel.

Recently stayed for two nights. Pros- Clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. Drinking water regularly restocked. Housekeeping helpful to retrieve my husband's walking pole and cap that had been left behind in the bar. X Factor Bar competitively priced, service excellent, cocktails delicious and wide range of good food available. Location ideal for visiting Varanasi main sights. Cons- Breakfast buffet inconsistent, difficult to order freshly cooked items and hot drinks don't always arrive after ordered. Probably our favourite out of the eight hotels we had on our recent trip so would highly recommend.

I have stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and 2 days. Food is great and best thing is that people are polite and hospitable. Rooms can be bit better although no complaints and cleanliness was maintained throughout my stay. I recommend.

The hotel is very nicely and beautifully built. The staff is courteous and prompt. The Hallways / Corridors have full length mirrors which gives a grand look. The breakfast buffet has almost all dishes on their menu. Multiple banquet halls, which have different ambience. Absolutely loved my stay !

Hotel fabuleux, offrant des prestations de luxe et une piscine a debordement exceptionnelle. Lors de notre sejour a Varanasi, nous avons pose nos valises pour 2 nuits dans ce magnifique hotel situe au calme dans le centre de la ville. Installes, nous avons eu le plaisir de decouvrir une chambre spacieuse, tres propre et neuve, tout comme la salle de bain, qui propose une baignoire et une douche. Une panoplie de produits de soins du corps sont en outre disponibles, du rasoir au talc. Des bouteilles d'eau en suffisance et gratuites sont donnees. La piscine, situee sur le toit de l'etablissement, offre une vue panoramique sur la peripherie de Varanasi, et il fait bon passer une apres-midi a se prelasser en alternant entre les transats a l'ombre et l'eau excellemment chaude. Le restaurant, en outre, offre un choix excellent de produits, indiens comme continentaux, qui raviront l'estomac du plus difficile des clients. Finalement, le personnel est aux petits soins tout en etant tres discret. Cet hotel est l'un des plus beaux hotels dans lesquels nous avons pu sejourner lors de notre sejour en Inde et merite amplement ses 4 etoiles et ses avis positifs. Nous y reviendrions volontiers.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view. The amenities, especially the pool and gym, were top-notch and well-maintained. The on-site restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was a great start to each day. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and transportation. I also appreciated the hotel's commitment to sustainability and eco-friendly practices.
