Very ancient temple in Trichy. It feel very good Vibration when i visited. There we can pray for especially ladies who are having prblms with uterus. Lord shivan, Balambikai, Poovai siddhar mainly pray. Prammahathi also there. I visited on Full moon day. It was good but no special pooja for full moon nothing like that. only Pradhodham and Theipirai ashtamani days only specially they wil do poojas. No near by shops to buy Flower or anything. We should buy everything for pooja things in chathram or somewhere else. They will give one yellow color sheet which cost 106 rupees we can wright our wishes and tie it near to poovai siddhar thoon. Worth to Visit.

Very ancient temple in Trichy district.You have to write your problem in the paper which given by temple( 106 Rs) and we have to continue our prayer 11 weeks.it's work out for me when we write. My wife grand ma house so i would visit every time. You have bus frequency upto pettavaitalai after that 2km bus only for timing.but you can take auto.

The main highlight of this temple.is the potralam poovai sitar who is well know for curing women related health issue. If you come from Trichy you need to take left near EID Parry Sugar Mill. If you come from Karur you need to take right near the Aanjaneyar temple in the NH. Special pooja is available for all types of request like marriage, child and business at additional cost.Very calm and divine place. Need to go before 11 noon or after 4 pm till 8 pm.
