Booked 3 rooms for a day at Hanuwantiya Resort on 27 July 23. The rooms were shabby with no facility. To name a few, No network, dirty bedsheets and linen, no hot water, torn floor carpet, dusty curtains,broken furniture.,rain water coming inside room, insects in room, TV not working and very poor housekeeping . On top the rooms are exorbitantly priced.Lawns and children play area not maintained.l have photographic proofs which I can send to concerned authorities It was a very disappointing experience. Our whole trip was totally spoiled.Will not recommend anybody to plan a trip there.I would like the authorities and the tourism minister to look into it otheewise nobody will book mpt spots. For all my suffering and bad experience I ask for an apology and refund of my payments.
I went to maheshwar, holker/ ahilya fort (mp), with my friends from UK, beautiful place but now slowly what people are making it ...a dump yard, cant believe, it's Indias pridest/ harritage place i request Indian govt to take care of it ...pics attached.
