Very Bad service. They lack basic professional manners.Even lack of facilities in such high price.

average kind of hotel ... simple rooms ... infact not that much clean .... charges seems unreasonable for such rooms ....can only recommend to someone if u don't have any option or u need a hotel in that locality

Service was good but standard is not up to date

The hotel staff has been really helpful. My parents travelled recently and I must say they have taken care of their convenience and comfort like a family would have. 5 star for the room service and the hotel manager. Keep up the good work. Thanky you.

Rooms not good as compared to price. Bathroom condition was pathetic with broken seat. Room service was somehow good

Very polite and helpful staff. A bit overpriced but at a decent location. Station is 10 minutes away on foot.

I booked the suite room online for 4000 .. there was nothing to be called suite in this hotel ..Worst experience ever had... There entrance to the hotel was covered with gutter water... The rooms were tacky.. chairs and beds literally broke when I (72 kg) sat on each of them on 2 seperate events... My snacks was served with cockroach on the plate...

I'd have given more stars had they provided me with a room which door was not locking. They were renovating I was told. The USP of the hotel was owner and the staffs. Very humble and Polite.
