Was informed to come off by 7:30 for ultra sound scan but they says doctor has to come and asked to wait. It took 1 hour for the doctor to come and staff were lazy enough to care about this. They don't have specialist for scanning and have to hire them from outside for which patients has to wait for longer durations.
Best diagnostic center near the west Anandbagh and the best price to take the test here and they will give the reports at the earliest, and their services is very good.
One of the worst Daignostic centre , which ruined my life and l due to which i lost my mother of age 51 I went for 2d echo for my mother and results was severe but they tried to recommend their in-house doctor cardiologist Mr. Uday kumar representing Yashoda Hospital consultant. His diagnosis was very poor and did not explain the severity of results and prescribed us few medicines with 1 week review and then again we went after 2 days He still prescribed medications for 1 month review .We shocked to see my mother had a cardiac arrest very next day and had to fight on ventilator for 24 days and she passed away . Pls don't visit this diagnostic centre
Provided wrong test report. The report when showed to doctor..was surprised with the results and immediately suggested to take the test again from other labs. Other labs had correct results which matched with patient's condition and doctor suggestion and also results showed and a drastic variation from the wrong test report. No proper response when asked the reason for the wrong test report.
Hopeless service. The lady at the counter is too busy talking over her cell phone. She never bothered to respond to my question/enquiry. Too bad.
Nice and decent diagnostic center with a very good hospitality. Charges to the tests ar very reasonable when compared with other diagnostic centers. I highly recommend to visit and have a good experience.
