The highlight of the Madhuram yoga class is, a person of every age, under weight, overweight, having problems in physical work out etc can do all the exercises which are being taught by Guruji. I felt so mentally relaxed.The yoga instructor as Thanks Shishpal sir amazing and helped me perfect my poses.I felt so much more flexible and strong after taking yoga classes and really enjoyed the calming music while meditation. I am practicing yoga from Madhuram Yoga institution from last one week and I am already experiencing better results on my body as well as my mind. I am 56 years old and had some pain in joints. After doing yoga sessions as explained and skilled by Guru ji now there is no pain and feeling freshness in whole day.
