I recently purchased refrigerator from here and was pleasantly surprised by the range of products available at affordable prices. I was particularly impressed with their customer service, which was prompt and helpful when I had some questions about a product. Overall, I had a great shopping experience at Madhuram Plaza and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality electronics at reasonable prices.

Great place to buy all house hold equipment like Ac, fridge, TV, Washing Machine, Mixture Machine, Cook Top, Water Purifier, Floor mill, laptop, Mobile etc.

Bought samsung refrigerator, They sent demo piece instead of new fresh piece and even after admitting that they sent demo piece, They did not provided replacement.

Large variety of products, price is very good as compare to online price. after sell service staff not working fast...but if you talk to owner...then staff working fast.

Horrible after purchase service and non-sense & very rude executive. When I wanted to buy Air-condition, customer service representative described me some features and after first service I found from the service guy that feature doesn't and when I went back to Madhuram Plaza they denied the fact that they said it and been asking for a proof. Even I was emphasize it might be a misunderstanding but the rudest customer service executive was contentiously asking for a proof that he said the same and there was two more people with me and said the same that executive and now denying the fact and that's too in a rude way. I would never go to this place for shopping nor recommend anyone else to go where executive is like a snake with two mouths and really rude in behavior.

The Shop is good for the electronics products, if you need anything at the best YOU MUST HAVE TO VISIT this

Worst post purchase service, customer service representatives dont know how to speak to customers and says I'm in dress otherwise I would tell you and bla bla bla. When you'll go for shopping they'll be very nice but when there's any problem they'll act like barbarians or goons in dress. I would never recommend this place to shop to even strangers.
