The service was fine but the food quality served to the patients should be improved and hot foods shouldn't be served in plastic rather they can use the new sugarcane based plates for serving food.
Poor administration and can't even provide bed to the patients and staff is irritated in their own problems patients are left in the gallery unattended after taking the admission charges from the patients . Don't know is this the correct pattern of hospitality ?
Worst hospital, they claim to be the top hospital in Kanpur, however, they do not have any standard. The rooms and washrooms are dirty and smelly. Cockroaches and mosquitos can be seen easily.
Baby delivered on Saturday and then they discharged the baby on Tuesday after keeping it in NICU for 3 days.
Baby's health was not good while discharging, and they are not taking any responsibility. Very unprofessional behaviour.

Everyone's nice including doctors n staff (but Asst. Anjali and Krishna are the worse people in this hospital, just beware of them. Asst. Vasvi is good.)
