Being a expert Google Reviewer I am totally dissatisfied with Service of this restaurant. All staffs have lack of Professionalism.
Staff first gave me menu instead of water and water was given to me after 15 minutes. When I asked the staff for salad, they ignored it and then did not even come near me. We had to personally go to the counter to do the billing. Lemon water was also not given to wash hands.
They are very careless as well as irresponsible. I think Restaurant should improve the customer service otherwise it will definitely harmful for the growth of this Restaurant. I told this issue to manager also, but i didn't get any satisfactory response from the Manager of this restaurant. I think you should ignore this restaurant untill they improve the Customer services.
Overall Currently restaurant has lack professionality, so You should ignore this restaurant Currently.
And I ordered Deluxe Thali, which was the only thing, from which I am totally satisfied.
At present time,this is not recommended. They should improve Customer services
