Ambiance is good Perfect point for family or friends meet But the main disgusting thing is service .. whether it's counter or at serving process., They took the time of about more than 30mins to just serve 1 item. The food was not great and as per tne and cost they took it was not near to worth single penny we paid there. Hope they will improve their service.

Menu items were not available, selection limited to South Indian, that too only dosas and Chinese, noodles. Some diluted stuff offered when asked for ketchup. So on the whole, not worth it.

Don't get deceived by the ambience of the restaurant. The food was pathetic, I ordered garlic noodles and Manchurian. Manchurian was salty and runny, the garlic in garlic noodles was burnt. Disappointed

It's trusted brand since my childhood, madhulika means is well known as sweet of Dhanbad

Momos was too good. Just loved it with the spicy chutney, I'll say food is really good here. And the all staff are well behaved person.

Worst experience which was not expected from such reputed shop. They gave me stale sweets which tasted sour. I bought 20 pcs of White Rasgulla.

All's good, everything is perfect except service, I think they work for improve their services...

It was an average outlet by Madhulika chain.You can go for basic sweets.Do not expect what you get in bank more branch of madhulika.And never go for deserts like cake,moousse or donut as they don't have much sale.They are generally not fresh. Although you may get good finger licking sweets...just ask them which is fresh,they will eventually tell you.Just do not like the staff members,they just do not give a thought what you are saying. At last,you can give a try for snacks also it has good seating arrangement.Best part here you will get rid off rush and traffic of bank more.
