Beautiful place lot of amenities but service is not that good. Even you have to pay for water. pros Big swimmimg pool rain dance open Theatre Indoor games Great lawn cons Jacuzzi is chargebale and no clarity when we book Adventure activities Will only available if nore persons are available same her no clarity while booking Chargeable drinking water Food prices are too high and few options available but you can order using zomato. My only concern is place is very nice but there is no clarity on charges for the activities even when I reach other after asking that everything is included in price I was asked to pay extra for jacuzzi and I was not allowed for adventure activities as well.

Intention and attitude of the front desk staff and management is great. They will try all possible way to help you. They dropped me on the bike also to Katol. But downside is missing basic facilities such as - no credit card payment, no hair drier in the rooms. And wifi was not provided in the room. Check out is painful - I told staff to be ready with the bill but still I had to wait as they were calling each other on the phone to get it clear. But overall, considering the location I believe this is the good place to crash for couple of nights.

Madhuban Villa is a fantastic resort located near Nagpur. My recent stay at this resort was simply amazing. The room service was top-notch and the food by the poolside was simply delicious. Mr. Vikas, who was in charge of the poolside service, was exceptionally attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that here in the future. The room service was impeccable and Mr. Vikas, the guy who served us was incredibly hospitable. The food served near the pool was simply exceptional, presenting a great blend of flavors and cuisines. The resort offers a range of activities for guests, including a swimming pool, indoor games, and outdoor sports. The staff was courteous and always available to help us with anything we needed. Overall, my experience at Madhuban Villa was delightful, and I will undoubtedly recommend this resort to my friends and family. If you're seeking a tranquil and peaceful getaway near Nagpur, Madhuban Villa is the place to be.

Very poor hospitality, rude n manner less staff , amenities not maintained properly, food quality was good but not flexi menu , if asking for extra towel directly telling will not give. Asking for tea coffee in morning telling will give with breakfast only. Before doing booking tell all amenities available in property are complimentary if you take package and after doing booking telling there are charges for using some amenities. Will not suggest any one to go there for picnic. Fully disappointed

A really good place to visit with friends or family. Mr. Pankaj was really kind to fulfill all our requests. Food there is yum, though the mix veg we ate was not tasty but no grudges on that part. The private villa we booked was well equipped with all basic amenities. But there was a serious issue with electricity as it kept going off. ACs were not cooling and we had to keep calling the reception to ask someone to come and fix it. The pool in our villa looked clean but it wasnt clean at all, maybe the filter was turned off, the water was smelling like chlorine and was burning our eyes which proves that they dont filter it (it only smells like chlorine when someone urinates in it)... Apart from that the whole experience was really good. I may suggest this place for good food but not for the pool activities. Mr. Pankaj please make sure the villa's pool is getting cleaned on regular basis.

Visited the resort for an overnight stay... Great place... The staff was very helpful... Tasty food... Adventure.. Rain dance.. Thanks a lot team Madhuban village n resorts for an amazing weekend... We will definitely come back again

Nice place to get away for weekends. Food is good. Rooms have very basic facilities some with sharing types(sic). Pool is alright but a perfect getaway for the price range.
