This is a perfect place for Rejuvenating and relaxing with Nature. Situated away from Town area hence very peaceful and full of Natural Beauty. Mr Dhananjay Joshi is gem of a person and down to earth as well. Even though he has a lot of other work to attend to, makes sure to connect with his guests and make them comfortable with a lots of small talk. Rooms are just having basic amenities and do not expect a Luxury stay. Food is prepared with utmost care and love. You will just love the homely taste. Care Takers are helpful and attentive. There is large area to roam around and you can see Group Farming initiatives like Artificial Lake, Goshala, Processing unit etc. Private Waterfall is equally exciting and enjoyable. Be careful on slippery surface during monsoon. Joshi sir will provide you as much as information you like and digest. Highly recommended for quick refreshing stay.
Overall had a great experience, good rooms and services. Anyone looking for a peaceful weekend should visit this place absolutely. The food was excellent and the host was great as well.

Awesome place... Safe for family especially kids. Kids will love to play in open environment. Check out for their local products. If you have your own vehicle then it takes almost 3 hours to reach this place from Mumbai or Pune. Or second option from Mumbai side is through memo train diva- roha.
Although the food was good but we found it very expensive. We did take only one meal(dinner) for 2 days as we used to leave early to visit nearby places and return a little late in the evening. Moreover, we did not take any of their service (waterfall and bullock cart rides etc) and you also don't get any better connectivity to pay the bills online. Would recommend to check the prices before booking.
Small and nice place. You'll be relaxed with no signal and no polluted air. Owner's wife prepares all the meals. Most of the items for food comes from their own property. Farming is natural farming. After visiting the place you'll be rejuvenated. No fancy decoration and everything is natural inside farm.
Excellent for one day group trips. Huge space to roam around or to relax. No network or TVs. Awesome home made maharashtrian style food. They have 2 rooms with double beds and attached bathrooms and these rooms can accommodate up to 15-20 pax together if some you are OK with sleeping on matresses.
Super awesome place for Agro Tourism. Peace of Mind for entire stay with zero noise only noise is of birds chanting. Best part of all is no mobile coverage hence no disturbance. Nice place for meditation and yoga.
