Madhu Mamata Hotel & Resorts - Hotel in Tarapith, Udaypur - Birbhum, India

I booked from goibibo...We checked in at almost 12pm.. The room was quite dirty.. And then we found a lizard inside bathroom..we called reception n cleaning staff came after 2 hrs...We ordered a bottle of water n it came after 45 mins...N about food quality, the rice was cold , the "jhuri alu vaja" was totally waste of money...The lift was dirty..

Very bad experience. Room and washroom both are very dirty. Service too late. Rude behaviour of staff. Food quality not up to the mark... Overall experience very bad

Don't even think about to stay in this hotel. I would say the worst hotel in tarapith they don't even know how to talk with the customers. The reception person don't even know their tarrif of hotel if you contact them over the phone they will tell you one rate and when you reached their hotel to get a room they will tell you another rate. I would not recomend to give any star totally bad experience....

Madhu Mamata hotel is a froud hotel.I had done online room booking in this hotal and my money was also deducted.when I contacted the hotel,this hotel refused to take my booking and now they are refusing to give my money too. If you too If you book this hotel then your money will also be wasted.

Recently I visited this hotel I had booked for family. But I am not pleased. Hotel is not delivered what I saw five years earlier. Don't stay here

Dirty rooms with no proper services. Maintenance is very poor. When asked to clean the room they just cleaned with one mop. They don't even have disinfectant like lizol or phenyl to clean. Balcony door doesn't close, bathroom exhaust was broken, tables and furniture have dirt all over it no proper cleaning. Very poor hygiene, cleaning & maintenance. However staffs are helpful.

Location is 7-8 mins away from main Tarapith market and its a plus point as per my experience because the main market is too congested and noisy, so one can sleep at night without any noise.. Rooms are a bit small than the photos are given in internet, same for bathroom also.. Total space for bathroom and bedroom is quite small, otherwise both are clean. 2 persons can use one bedroom, at the time of booking, they allow 3 adults in one room but the bed size is not sufficient for 3 adults. Transport system, staff's behaviour all are good. Lifts and wheelchair are available.

Booked hotel for Maharaja Suit but they given four bed room As per my booking plan complimentary breakfast and 2ltr water but after asking they give me, this not the way to treat the guest. Don't give advance to the hotel because they are not maintain the record and on third of this month I made advance but they not booked my room.
