Yes, It is a useless hospital as everyone has said. This doctor didn't solve the sufferings of all patients. He doesn't want pain, he just wants the money.he is not able to change that useless staff.that waste fellow staffs might think they are gods, that fell from heaven !,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,.

Dr Madhu is very kind and hospitable.He listens to his patients and gives medicines if needed only and allows patients to do their own research and is outgoing.he is well educated and is alumni of CMC.Good service also.Overall my experience was very good.He only wants what is best for his patients.i recommend going to this hospital if u have a health problem.thank you Dr madhu for the miracles u have done for me.

#gastro_liver_specialist am giving 2 stars to Dr Madhu only and he treating the patients good and the management was not upto the level... They messed up with new and old OP's, no proper communication to the patients, waiting time is minimum 1hr,old people and pregnant patients has to wait for their call... (Management has to focus on the timings).... The lab charges are also high when compared to other diagnosis labs around tirupati.

So sorry Madhu sir. This app is not allowing me to rate 0, hence throwing 1 !! I wrote a mail to google to add that feature as well. With this staff and service you will reach nowhere. I would suggest you to replace that watchman atleast in place of any of that nurse as hes comparatively better and lil educated (in terms of manners,soft skills, and to note down the phone numbers of the patients accurately) to that job than the nurse seated over there..!! Especially the lady staff down at the cabin is annoying she yelled at my parents and relatives. She was about to hit my brother. If you're deleting this review. I dont mind adding it again. Worst experience ever. They are treating the patients very badly. No proper communication. The management is the worst. They are making the patients to wait for so long and after waiting for many hours the doctor won't even communicate with the patient for few seconds also.

Dr.Madhu hope u notice this and change everything accordingly I swear this is the tirupathi's worst hsptl that I've been to till date How can a bloody receptionist be this arrogant, irresponsible and irritating too when there's a patient suffering real bad??? If i had a chance to do smtg i would literally print a banner of all the worst reviews of this hsptl in Google and keep it right infront of the hsptls entrance so that none repeats a mistake entering this hsptl like i did..!!!! The most commercial doctor in the world. Neglected my dad's health and diverted him to Chennai in very emergency state. Waste of life consulting him. He never let us speak and clarify the doubts.

I won't talk about Doctor.. Because I changed my openion. Went to another hospital. "The person who is giving Appointment (OP). Worst and worst. Atleast they need to talk properly with the patient." Proper training has to be given to staff. How to talk with patient.
