The building is huge, it have 700 shops(room) with 5 lifts. It is upcoming city mall, area is clean, it will be great if many shops open in hereIt's been like 10 years and still this mall is under construction, yet to be started, empty till now. Good place for business.

It is a new mall built up by GDA With A class construction having 700 shops 5 lifts full basement parking also building multiplex but many people have purchased the shops and not opening there is also space for restaurant,s 95%shops are not opening there is also exilater stairs it is a biggest mall located in gwalior
Too big and great for trading
This supposed to be a commercial place long time back but till today there things pending and still the investors are worried. In the entire mall there are totally 10 shops occupied in a very odd manner, 1 is huge ,1 is tiny,some r extremely inside and there is one right at the gate. Still there is a work going on of escalators.
