On the 19th Oct, I visited the hospital for an eye-related concern. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed with the level of service provided. Firstly, I was informed that the doctor I was assigned was unavailable due to personal reasons, without any prior notice or alternative arrangements made. This lack of communication and preparedness reflects poorly on the hospital's organisational efficiency. Furthermore, I was disheartened by the impolite behavior exhibited by some members of your staff. As a patient seeking medical assistance, I believe it is my right to be treated with respect, empathy, and courtesy. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit. When I raised the complaint the person called me and said I was abusing but I did not use any abusive words. Before I could reach the complaint desk the staff was ready with the register. The staff who called was very impolite and I was not given proper answers. I know the rule of the hospital is to pay the fees when the Dr is not available for hours and closing time of hospital is 5PM then why do you expect the fees to be paid. Fees is paid only when Dr is available not on unavailability of Dr. I was ready to pay the fees after DR checkup. I believe that every patient deserves to receive care in an environment where their concerns are taken seriously and where they are treated with dignity and compassion. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and has eroded my confidence in the quality of care provided by your hospital. The top hopital was hardly having any patients I had come in emergency to show and staff was shouting at me without any appointment how can you come. Hopital is a place where a person suffering can drop in anytime. How can someone say this to cover their behaviour? Check the CCTV cameras how the staff is on phone talking to each other in front of me the staff was talking all negative about me on phone. On top they just play around. I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to address the issues raised. It is my hope that this feedback will contribute to the ongoing improvement of your services, ensuring that other patients do not face similar disappointments. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you regarding the steps that will be taken to rectify these concerns.

Hello I am writing this review almost after an year of my laser surgery. I got my PRK done last year in July by Dr. Vijay Jeswani . The journey of recovery was smooth as Dr. Jeswani was always available if I faced any issue related to my eye - he cleared all my doubts . The doctors and the staff is very cooperative and helps you understand the whole procedure clearly and suggests you as to which surgery is best for you . Till now , I have not faced any issues . My surgery was a success. My vision is great - no need of wearing spects anymore .

What a hospital.Feels like getting treated in a foreign country.what a hospitality. You will be welcomed by a old aged senior citizen with a million dollar smile and he will guide you with registration process.Registration process will require your personal details like name Address date of birth gender mobile number etc.once registration is done you will be guided to payment counter.once payment done you will directed to opd for check up. Fee structure is very affordable as compared to other hospital with such clean infrastructure.I will strongly recommend this hospital for treatment. Staff very well trained and co-operative.ample parking space.

Impolite staff. There is no coordination between their reception and eye testing rooms. The eye testing areas are empty and the receptionist tells you that patients are inside. Their management is poor. They have built a posh hospital with poor staff. Half of the time Doctor's have meeting and we have to wait for hours. For blind patients this hospital is not at all helpful.

Eye hospital which runs by trust so from price point of view it's affordable, also they've certain schemes for BPL, senior citizens. Hospital is very clean, staff behavior is good.

Best eye surgeon in Nagpur. Doctor is very polite and explains in detail the various options of treatment available for that disease.

It's a charitable Eye Hospital run by a very famous NGO, Rashtriya Swaymsewak Sangh. The hospital is equipped with modern hitech instruments, and experienced Eye specialists, Doctors offer services here. OPD and IPD is available here. All ISO stand area are maintained. Good parking area, neat and clean premises. Good arrangements to facilate the patiants. Charges are less as compared to other Eye Hospitals.
