Maday Holidays - Campground in Madikeri - Kodagu, India

Lovely open place to chill out. You experience nature the it is, out in the wild. We all camped and stayed in tents. Tents and sleeping bags were clean and tidy. We had a wonderful barbecue night too. And ask for the stream, go there enjoy fresh water or take a dip and feel totally refreshed. It was simply lovely. We went during the monsoon so scenery was spectacular. Mountains behind with a thick midst blowing across, and slight drizzle with a nice breeze. The caretaker was hospitable and helped to get whatever we required. Restrooms are clean and tidy with running water. Dinner and breakfast was served and enjoyed the local preparation.

It's really hard to find the right camping spot in coorg. But this place, Ma'Day Holidays have got everything just right. Its 7kms away from the town which keeps all the light pollution and sound pollution away. I camped here in the last week of April when it wasn't rainy yet. This place is owned by Sai and he's probably the coolest guy you'll meet. As soon as you arrive he'll have a chat with you which will make you feel like home. There are 4 Attached bathrooms but no hot water(Well, it's camping, even getting toilet is a luxury). They have some adventure sports like rock climbing, etc. The place is filled with guava trees, so you can just pluck and eat fresh guavas. There's a small stream which flows through the estate which you can enjoy. They also have Charging ports to charge up your phones. The best part is the budget : Extremely affordable at about Rs750 per head which will include tent stay and breakfast. Overall it was without doubt THE BEST CAMPING EXPERIENCE i ever had. If you love camping and want a nice get away from the city, This is the most perfect place. It's peaceful and calm.

The best place for camping in the nature. Sai is the man with compassion and courteousness. He maintained the place inline with the nature. The place won't let you leave. If you're planning to roam around Coorg then this is not the place to stay. If you would like to be sober and enjoy your time in the lap of Mother Nature then this is the place to visit.

The base camp is in centre of mountains and there is a small stream flowing through the property... The activities are thrill filled... I think we should specially thank the owner for he has maintained the property with its natural touch

Best place for setting a campfire. One can enjoy the sceneric view of "Made" in deep forest with nice ffacilities.The place is 13km away from madikeri bus stand.

Good Hospitality and food. Tent stay surrounding mountains. Don't miss Jeep ride i.e., Estate visit. You gonna thrill by the ride

A nice place. Good trekking and camping experience amidst nature. Has Coffee Plantation and a small stream nearby.

Never opt for dinner package ...they mention unlimited dish but they won't be sufficient enuf to fill your belly ...while our stay many of our friends slept without food ....other than food ..it is good place..u can get ur food from madikeri by urself
