Madathil Regency - Resort hotel in Kottiyam - Kollam, India

Good Location on the main road Kottiyam. Horrible experience. Confirmed 2 suite rooms with Vishak 10 days before arrival. 2 days before confirmed time of arrival. On the day we arrived, suite rooms have been given to someone else for a higher price. Gave us 2 double rooms. AC not working in both. One AC conked off again in the night. Had to change rooms again. Breakfast included with room tariff. But no buffet. Ala carte .. Took around 30 mins for Bread and Omlette and Coffee. Sad story. Wish the management was better.

A non vegetarian restaurant in the NH. Tasty food. Neat and clean atmosphere. Spacious dining hall. Prices are little high. Parking space available.

Visited this place with my family in relation to an examination. The place was modest and the staff was very polite. Only issue was that I didn't get any parking at the front and had to walk a bit to reach the reception. I had breakfast here and it was good. Do try their coffee and bread toast. Maybe once the highway works are completed, this will transform into a decent hangout place to eat and enjoy!

3 Star Best Hotel to Stay. Very Good Location and Closed to Main Road. Ease of Local Transport Access.

Executive bar is too dark. It's been told that no additional lighting available. Very difficult for eating food. For drinking it may be ok. Parking lot is limited. Access is messy due to ongoing road works. Food was ok.

Thampuru restaurant is a good spot for lunch,veg meals, biriyani & fried rice is available Karimeen pollichath is so good

Very bad experience with two staffs , not provided the room booked by me two months ago. they wanted me to check multiple times after booking. Very behaviour of the lady staff and one male staff. Very threatening behaviour and fell unsafe to stay in this hotel, even though manager ( he is a nice person) came and solve the issue. Will never recommend, very poor . Not good to stay if you an international or local traveler.
