I am not a member of this gym. A few days back I visited this gym for enquiry. Just a heads up I had gain lots of weight. I had so many questions in my mind as this would be my first time joining a gym, Staff was not ready to give proper answer. Maybe I wasn't Idea 'Customer' for them. Their behavior was also rude and no F given attitude. This made me more nervous as I was anxious about my weight. Never faced same situation in any other gym. Are they expecting their 'customers' to be already fit and in shape?

I used to be a regular at traditional gyms for many years but after a point the same routine and workouts became a bit boring so I decided to join Machinless Workout & my experience here has been nothing short of incredible. The workouts here are not only effective but also incredibly fun. My trainer - Mohan Jagade has a unique way of making each session enjoyable, which has completely changed my perspective on going to the gym. His expertise and enthusiasm has made me eager to show up at the gym every day, ready to try out new circuits each day and improve my strength & endurance. I would definitely recommend Machinless Workout to everyone looking to transform their fitness journey into an enjoyable and rewarding experience.

Sincerity and Diligence is what drives this place. Being personally trained by Chaitanya sir and Durga sir has transformed my physical and mental fitness quite remarkably. Their patience and techniques have made even the trickiest workouts achievable without using heavy machinery. The motivation to workout with them simply tells the ambience of the place and their nature as trainers and mentors. Also, all of us are encouraged and trained for competitions which helps in having holistic growth.

The Best Workout environment there is ! I have paid subscription fees to so many traditional gyms and failed to maintain a consistent routine. Here, I wake up everyday and I'm excited to go workout. New workouts given everyday, and guaranteed results ! Definitely a must try for beginners as well as advanced fitness enthusiasts :) You are not gonna regret coming here for sure !!

My journey to fitness with Machineless workout, Thane has been amazing more over after experiencing good results. Not having exercised for a long time I was apprehensive but when I met and got to know Sir Chaitanya I knew that he was the perfect coach for me. He is professional yet kind, patient and understanding. He's encouragement has given me the confidence that I needed to start my workout in order to be fit back again from where I'd left. After 3 months I am pleased with my progress and feel assured that with Chaitanya sir's continued training and encouragement I would continue getting good results and attain my goal.
