Mac & Mirror always lives up to all my expectations. This salon is spacious and spotlessly clean, and the ambience is very nice. The staff is excellent at their work, especially Guddu Ji, who is the best hair stylist in Varanasi, and all others are very polite. I would really rate my all-time experience as five stars, from the time of booking the appointment to its completion. I always feel valued as a customer, and it is my go-to place. I have had my fringe (bangs) cut by Meenu and by legs and underarms waxed. Both were exactly what I wanted! She is very fast and skilled with her work.uses a natural home made wax which is much more gentle on your skin. Highly recommend!

They just ruined my hairs...from their own suggestion i got kerasmooth done...firstly they insisted me to use generic shampoos which were not branded...and when i washed my hairs got freezy like burn...and when i asked them...they done again some treatment and assured me that this will not repaet...when i came home i washed my hair...again it turnd so much freezy...when i complain them again they said now we cant do anything now...we will call u...this is the behaviour...they ruined my hair literally
