Doctors and their treatment plan is very good (It deserves 5stars Cardiology, Neurology and many more..). Other supporting staff and management deserves single star. You can see more supporting staff than patients and their attendants; roaming around clueless. For IP simple billing and discharge will take at least 4 to 5 hours. Streamline and learn from other corporate hospitals in Bangalore.

Staff are not concerned about the patients at all. When we go for an echocardiography, they won't give you the stool or supporting equipment to get on the bed even when asked for a elderly or knee injured patient. Their answer is we don't have chair or stool even when you can't get on bed to get tested.

Worst Hospital Staff,First thy should Teach staffs how to behave & respond to patients.Dr Narayan panji,(Neuro)Reception desk person thinks he is the doctor.i took cl appointment at 8am from Chikkamagalur,went to hospital at 11.30, person in desk sayng nt written ur name in list,b seated wl cl u afterwards.i asked whts my token number atleast let me know,he is nt ready to respond,,thn y the drama of cl appointment.properly teach the staff first thn run hospital.

I had seviour bp issues during my pregnancy & I lost my first baby 1 yr before having my 2nd baby because of hypertension. I switched to max hospital during 7th month of my 2nd pregnancy & visited dr. Shonali & dr. Vijayashri. Both are very good, frendly & adorable doctos they handle my complicated case with ease. While having my c section they face some complications too but meanwhile delivered healthy baby boy. Thank you so much shonali madam & vijayashri madam for every thing

Worst and pathetic experience with MaAx super speciality hospital as I was taking care of my dad who got admitted due to illness during June 26th to July 2nd 2021.These are my observations and pain points experienced during the above said period. #1.Doctors and nursing staffs are extremely great.They deserve 5 star rating.Big salute for their professionalism and kind hearted behaviour,attitude. #2.Pathetic front line administrative staff.It starts with billing,they accept card payments only if the transactional amount is more than 500INR.They upfront deny the payment, they won't honour your request to accept cards for lower transactions like 300,350rs. #3.Administrative and facility management staff won't adhere to any good practices which needs to be followed in health care industry. #4.They have only one elevator which is being used for transportation of everything, from hazards waste management to patients, attendants transportation. #5.Elevator neither have any emergency calling phone connection facility,nor having any contact details to be used for breakdown incase power failure. #6.One of most neglected behaviour of facility management staff is, they carry bio hazards waste along with patients and patients attendants in common elevator.They don't even know what procedures to be taken care for dumping these wastes. #7.Need to wait for atleast 20-30 minutes to take elevator facility from ground floor to top floor CCU located on 5th floor. #8.Inspite of many requesitions and feedback given to concerned persons who take care of these facility management staffs, their attitude and willingness towards patients attendants was negligent. #9.After completion of my father's treatment in CCU doctor suggested to shift to Ward for observations for 2 days.Henceforth I requested for Special ward.The infrastructure of so called special ward was so worst and hopeless.The photos of special ward is attached.The wash room didn't had proper window covers,wash room door is not proper it's broken.Requested the admin staff again,but no use,no actionable insights.As they're casual towards patient attendants feedback. I would like to rate 5 ***** (stars) for Doctors and Nursing staff. But I dont have any option to rate and review the management and administration less than 1 as Google have rating scale between 1-5.Where are they standing in current health care industry?? How does a good hospital have such a bad and worst people who work in front end .??? Is it the mind set and attitude of only frontend staff or else is it a same attitude of board of directors as well ??? Hmmm last thing as I requested them to fox these common issues for smoot flow of operations they didn't bother and care. Last thing they didn't took my feedback during my father's discharge from hospital. Luckily with god's grace, doctors and nursing staffs impeccable efforts my dad recovered from the illness.My sincere and heartfelt thanks and grattitude to Dr.Manjunath AP, chief consultant cardiology and nursing staffs, only these staff deserve the salutes. I prefer and strongly recommend MaAx hospital only due to availablity of these skilled and excellent service Doctors and nursing staffs.inspite of all these irregularities one need to baer all the pains only because of service of doctors and nursing staffs and patients who got admitted in hospital.all the photos are atyacjed for inf reference.

Hospital, doctors and facility is good. But main serious issue the management must look into is a big racket going on in the hospital. I don't know whether management is also involved in this or not. 1. The nurses and supporting staff are asking the care taker of patients to get medicines 2 times in excess of the daily prescribed dosage. Then they are stealing that medicines. 70% of the medicine is being stolen by the staff. Fepanil Infusion 1gm 8 bottles per day. Levofloxacin infusion is bid(2timea a day), but they ask to get 5 bottles. 2. In casualty for 10 min duration they asked me to bring Rs. 9000 worth medicines, then admitted to micu within half an hour. Again in micu, they asked me to bring same medicines. When asked, they told in casualty it's like OPD, n now it's as per in-patient norms.... 3. Meropenem injection cost 2000 per vial. In a day they asked me to get 3 vials, n they never administered a single vial. Fepanil costs 1000 per bottle, out of 7 bottles, they administered 3. When paracetamol max dosage is 4gm per day, I didn't understand why 7 bottles of 1gm each. Levofloxacin infusion bid, why 5 bottles. Can management look into this seriously? Else the day is v near when it vl b recognised as a bogus hospital. Many alternatives are available now at shimoga.... Don't cheat the innocent patients who don't know about medical field, that too in their hard times... Those who are doing this vl never prosper in life

I have been admitted with twin pregnancy and underwent c section in maax we are very happy by the treatment Dr shonali madam and dr Vijajayshree madam both are very nice Staff are very co operative and helpful Thank u obg team

Very bad experience with the staffs. The lady staffs in housekeeping there surrounded us like goons asking for money. The doctors instructed the nurse to cover up my mother's stich with gauze and they didn't even do it. Very careless and unempathetic behaviour. Doctors were ok, but the staffs were quite rude. The local nurse were quite careless and were doing injection while they were talking on phone and didn't even bother to place a cotton after the injection. Nurses from other states were far better in behaviour. And for all this pathetic behaviour they made us pay through our nose. 1 night stay for 2 people under observation - 1 female general ward and one speciality ward with just painkillers and glucose and they made us pay over 22k.
