Maangalya Shopping mall - Shopping mall in Hyderabad - Medchal Malkajgiri, India

First of all the staff is not helpful at all. If you expect to have assistance with your shopping this is Not the place you'll get it. Went with my family and was there for 3 and half hrs but when we were requesting to show any model from the counter the agents just stood there giving us a deaf ear after repeated requests too. When the shopping ended the product was swapped to a damaged product and added extra dress which I didn't request/ select. The dresses not confirmed when billing, they are already packed & pinned, the worst part is that you have no exchange or refund for 98% of the products. There were pamphlets all over store stating that if shopped for 6999 we will get a laptop bag for 99/- We shopped for 8000/- same bill but they didn't give any bag though requested. When asked to speak to the manager they stated the manager was out of town. When requested for an email to write an official complaint that was denied too starting no email exists for the company. Terrible experience and breach of trust.

Very bad behaviour with customers, and no proper treatment and attention. whole management is very rude and instead of resolving they ask customers to leave abruptly. I highly recommend you to avoid this mall and visit other which know how to respect customers. So that atleast you can get better shopping experience.

Worst experience in Kukatpally mangalya shopping mall. Rude behavior with staff.

Done shopping at mangalya jntu just an hour back for almost 5200. Showed one piece and given damaged piece at.the time of packing. Noticed after reaching home and demanded for return within minutes but they refused. Cheating customers indirectly by mentioning no return and no exchange. Very worst experience. Suggest not to prefer mangalya jntu kphb don't get cheated like us.

Staff was very polite and dresses are excellent best rates experienced in the latest all shopping malls and the quality was unbelievable

Waste of time, dont buy any products on mangalya, cheating customers, staff rude behaviour.no proper opening working timings...

Worst cloth do not believe in this shop took pattu saree worth rupees 5300. But it is not pure full of imitation and high prices.
